A modern workplace requires modern positions that are essential for employee sustainability which is why Exceed is proud to announce a partnership with the National Training Fund to select, train and mentor Omani graduates in order to grow and succeed in the current work environment.

The IBDAA initiative is developed for IT graduates and will address the challenges of Omani nationals who want to work in the IT sector but lack the know-how and skills to move forward. With the help of Exceed IT Services these graduates will be given the support and development as well as tools required to help them grow and lead in the workforce.

Unlike traditional training program’s the IBDAA initiative will focus on specific job roles blending a company’s operational and business requirements. The roles have been specifically created with the intent to help companies grow and transition to the digital age. The roles are:

  • Strategy Execution Engagement Manager
  • Digital Transformation Success Manager
  • Mindset Transformation Manager
  • Employee Performance Executive
  • Process Automation Expert
  • Software Development Master

All these roles have one thing in common which is the leveraging of technology to automate work. Which is why every graduate hired will also be provided with software developed specifically to meet these modern needs.

Communication, data management, employee performance and process management are all process that are in the transformation period and companies that are able to leverage on these future changes will be the ones that thrive in the digital future.
